The Tombras Group was honored with six District ADDY awards at the American Advertising Federation’s 7th “Deep South” District ADDY competition. The competition – which celebrated the best print, interactive, radio and television advertising of 2007 – included work from 29 markets in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Tombras picked up one Gold and five Silver ADDY Awards. The gold award honored the direct mail piece campaign developed for the Haywood County Tourism Development Authority. The silver awards were given to Tombras for another direct mailer done for Haywood, an illustration campaign done for the American Cancer Society, and for three TV spots done for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority.
The Gold ADDY Award received by Tombras will automatically move up to the national competition.
